Short, because there is not much to say. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree, and you can change your mind on this page at any time.

1Always on — strictly necessary

  • Authentication session. Keeps you signed in between pages and refreshes your session. Without it the application cannot work.
  • Interface preference. Remembers whether you chose the light or dark dashboard, so it does not flip on every load.
  • Your cookie choice. Records whether you agreed to analytics, so we do not ask again on every page. It holds nothing but that answer and expires after six months.

These are strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, so they do not require consent under the UK regulations.

2Only if you agree — analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, Google is never contacted at all.

  • _ga and _ga_LMR55T4SP9 — distinguish one browser from another so a repeat visit is not counted as a new person. Set to expire after 13 months rather than Google’s two-year default.
  • What Google receives. The page you viewed, roughly where you are, and your device and browser type. Google acts as our processor for this. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not use this data for cross-site profiling.

3Changing your mind

Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing, and takes effect immediately — turning analytics off also deletes the cookies above.

4Controlling them in your browser

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the authentication cookie will sign you out and prevent the application from working.
