Plain language, short list. It exists so that abuse has a clear answer, not to catch you out.
1Do not
- Produce content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Upload anything you do not hold the rights to — including font files. A typeface licence usually restricts this kind of use; check yours.
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or produce content designed to deceive people about where it came from.
- Produce content that harasses, defames, or sexualises children.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, or the isolation between accounts.
- Probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission.
- Resell raw API access as a competing image-rendering service.
2If you break this
We may suspend or terminate the account. For serious breaches — anything unlawful, or a deliberate attempt to reach another customer’s data — we will do so immediately and without refund, and report it where the law requires.
For everything else we will normally contact you first. Most breaches are misunderstandings, and we would rather fix them than lose you.
3Reporting abuse
If you believe something produced with Anjin Design breaches this policy, email legal@anjin.design with as much detail as you can.
